Highly responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in going the extra mile to help prepare the home for sale, handling the large volume of visits and offers from potential buyers, and finally, in being patient and persistent as he worked to get the deal closed. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was in this respect. As I said to Gary: "Lots of people can start deals. It takes a Closer to finish them." Gary is a Closer.
