Seller reviewGary is an incredible person and agent all around. Always there when you need him and flawless execution. Knew exactly where the house would sell price wise and is completely in sync with the market. I would say he and his office are among the best in NJ.

Seller reviewGary was willing to go above and beyond to be sure my house was ready to be listed and was safe during Covid. Not only did he sell my house in a few days, but he got me over asking price. He was also found me the perfect townhouse to move into that wasn't even on the market. He worked his magic and convinced someone to sell to me who was not even planning on selling. Gary always responds to texts quickly, is always available when you need him (even for the smallest things) and is extremely knowledgeable, personable and great at negotiating. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and have never found someone as amazing as Gary. I highly recommend him.

If you listen to what he tells you about staging the house , by his stager, you've hit a home run. Our house went on the market on a Wednesday, by Saturday we had 22 showings and 4 offers in which we accepted. Sold within 3 days of first showing .

Seller reviewGary Thomson did an outstanding job of guiding me through the process of getting my house ready for listing, deciding on the proper timing to list during the COVID-19 crisis, recommending a successful listing price, arranging excellent staging and photography for the listing, and finally, negotiating a successful outcome among competing bidders. My house received an offer on the first day it was shown and the contract was signed for $10K over the listing price within the week. I had contacted several realtors over a year before I was ready to list and Gary made an immediate impression as someone who understood my needs, my desire to complete my remodel project before listing and who was willing to assist me with advice for cost effective alternatives to enhance the marketability of my house and grounds. He maintained the appropriate amount of contact me throughout the year, was always accessible but never made me feel pressured list before I was ready. He was able to recommend services and professionals who enabled me to get last minute requirements done within an extremely tight time frame (six weeks) between listing and closing. This was an accelerated time frame to address buyer inspection, Certificate of Occupancy issues, closing requirements and final move out coordination. I could not have satisfied the buyer's closing date in so short a time without Gary's coordination and assistance with matters I was unable to physically take care of myself. Overall, I would give the highest rating to Gary Thomson as a professional who is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, easily accessible, extremely patient, willing to roll up his sleeves and pitch in when necessary and able to highlight the best features of the property, negotiate, close the deal and bring in outstanding results.
