Seller reviewI have no other experience with Century 21 other than Gina, who not only helped us purchase our first ever house, but then helped us turn around and sell it when family needs rose necessitating a quick move. She helped us find a new home then turn around and sell the home we'd just purchased which was a stressful ordeal to say the least. Gina was there every step of the way, and honestly through all of our interactions, she got to know our family and honestly cared about us. I know that's not always important when you're doing business with someone, but the fact that she took the time to understand who we were and what we needed - that is something she did because she wanted to, and not because she felt she had to. We love Gina, and I for one am thankful she's in our lives. I wouldn't recommend another realtor so long as she's in this business.

Buyer reviewWhen selecting a realtor, it was important for me to have someone who was personally relatable and conveyed a strong sense of being "on my side" versus simply being the broker for a transaction. After meeting Gina the previous year, she took me on as a client last minute for a FSBO purchase. With less than a day's notice, she joined me at my first showing and stayed by my side through the long process. Working with Gina felt more like collaborating with a friend than just a realtor. I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for or selling a home in the Des Moines area. Everyone deserves a realtor like Gina!
