The cleaning up and out was a slow since I lived 40 minutes away. But once I contacted Gina, the process sped up a lot. She recommended what to do and, maybe more importantly, what not to do in getting the house ready. I did a lot of cleaning, a little painting, and some easy upgrades. She recommended a flooring installer who did a great job in the kitchen. And then we put the house on the market. After that I had to do nothing. Her target price was right on the nose. We got multiple offers the first day. We evaluated each offer and picked the best one. The inspections and closing went just as planned. She sent me status notifications frequently throughout the process. Gina was very engaged in helping get the house ready for the market and getting it listed and seen.
