Gina came highly recommended from a friend and after meeting her I knew she was the perfect person to help me find a home. She asked what I wanted in a home and advocated for me throughout the entire buying process. I knew from start to finish I was in the best hands having Gina as my realtor!!!

Gina was far and away the best realtor I could've asked to work with. She ensured that everything moved forward smoothly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was that she consistently advocated for me as a buyer. We had trouble getting the inspection completed as the power/water was not on the first time around. She coordinated with the sellers agent to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible. When the inspection company said they couldn't complete the sewer scope because of an obstruction, she insisted they come back and make a more thorough attempt. They knew to respect her request. They still couldn't get it done, so she worked with me to get the seller to have Smiths come out and scope the sewer properly. There were a couple problems like this, but with Gina leading our effort, they came and went. I've been in the house for half a year now, and I couldn't be happier with our deal. During this time, Gina has sent cards, Christmas ornaments, postcards, tax documents, and friendly notes just to check and see how things are going with me and my family. She is one of a kind, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We have enjoyed working with Gina twice as we sold our current home to build new ones. We would refer her in a heartbeat to others considering a move. Gina is empathetic, genuine, and thoughtful.
