Seller reviewThe last house I flipped had every kind of problem come up. It had a cloudy title, lost abstract and a buyer walked . . She located my abstract , got me a lawn care guy , and an electrician to do the work , found me a new buyer at a higher price and got the garage door fixed the night before closing . . I recommend her to anyone wanting a good negotiator, and an experienced realtor who can walk you through lots of fires and not let you get burned .
