Buyer review"A Bumpy Ride but Ultimately Worth It!" I recently purchased my home with the help of Miss Glenda, and while there were definitely a few bumps along the way, the overall experience was a positive one, and I'm happy with the final result. The house hunting process itself was great-my agent was responsive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. But where things got a bit challenging were on the lending and paperwork side of things. I encountered a few delays with my lender that made the process feel like it was dragging on longer than expected. Between the numerous document requests and back-and-forth with both my lender and the seller's side, it was sometimes overwhelming, especially given my demanding work schedule. There were days when I felt like I was juggling a lot of last-minute paperwork, but I understand that's part of the process. That said, I highly recommend my agent and would give her a 5 star rating.

Buyer reviewGlenda Reyes was more than Excellent as my Real Estate agent. She always demonstrated patience, explained and re explained information I did not clearly understood throughout the process. She was always available to answer my questions, through telephone, email and texts and when necessary meeting her in her office to review paper work. She really cared for me and listened which made this buying transition go very smooth and stress free. Her knowledge, expertise along with her communication skills when going through this process helped me make better decisions when necessary . Her positive attitude gave me comfort when things seemed to not go through. She never gave up on me. She searched and found different lenders within minutes until we were able to get approved. I am very Blessed and Grateful for having her as my Real Estate agent. Glenda Is truly a dedicated and proffessional broker. As a person, she really cares for you. Buyer reviewWe have been looking in several cities for our forever home with another agent. We went as far as Palmdale and yet the homes we saw did not meet our needs. Eventually we felt so frustrated and asked around some friends if they know someone who could help us. A friend of mine highly recommended Glenda Reyes. I reached out to her and she was immediately able to refer us to a direct lender, David Krolikowski who approved us quickly. In two weeks after viewing some homes, she was able to teach us what to look for in homes. She patiently explained the buying process, the disclosure and how to write the offer. And then being technically knowledgeable in computer i reach out to her almost every day to download everything from the bank statement and other needed documents by the lender. This made the loan process quicker to be approved. She definitely know what she was doing. It help a lot for the other agent to trust her the transaction clost. She got the best deal for us, as it appraised higher than our purchase price. The last best deal in Buena Park for a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a large backyard yard. I highly recommend Glenda Reyes to my family and friends Godbless.

She was very proactive, always with multiple listings every several days. Working with her was easy. She was also very knowledgeable from the beginning until the close of escrow.
