"A journey of house searching that turns out into home + friendship " At first we are not sure where to start, although we plan and save for it. We talked to many realtors ( they are great too) but we are blessed that we have Glenda Reyes to guide us. She was introduced by a common friend. I'm amaze by her dedication, she invested time even before we're not sure if we will be qualified. Every Saturday ( or whenever we have time) we spent one hour or more ( video call) just to learn on how to purchase a house, the responsibilities of a home owner, what to expect and not to expect. We learn a lot and until now she is still guiding us. She become not only a realtor for us but a sister- ready to reach in time of uncertainty. She is on top of everything, ready to explain and search, willing to do overnight work, easy to talk to, provide guideline materials, a counselor and a lot more to describe her. It was our first home search and we had a feeling that it might be hard due to inexperience but because of her training and experiences we did it in just 3 months. Because of her we are able to purchase a house that is suitable to our needs. More so, she was able to negotiate for the seller repairs, when everything in the market is "As-is"; close early and even convinced the seller to leave the house fully furnished with furnitures and appliances.
