Over the years, my husband and I have worked with many realtors when searching for a new home. By far, Gloria Testa is the BEST AGENT we have ever worked with. She listened to our concerns and questions and dealt with them expeditiously. She was patient with our needs and was quick to offer guidance when we had questions. Seller review1. She gave me tips (which I admit, I acquiesced to somewhat reluctantly sometimes) that helped sell my house in 5 days with 3 offers and for over $5,000 above asking price. She knows what buyers are looking for. 2. She told me when to put my house on the market - obviously well-informed - see #1. 3. We had very difficult buyers who put us through the ringer, and she never lost her cool or optimism throughout. 4. The closing ended up being in the middle of the first pandemic our country has ever known - putting additional stresses on an already stressful situation. She always kept in constant contact. When I would call, if she couldn't answer, ALWAYS called me back in a timely fashion. 5. Even after the sale, she has called to see how we were making out in our new home, which was very much appreciated. Do I recommend her? Heartily!!! What else could one wish for in their realtor?
