We met Gloria Testa after inquiring online to view a home on the market. It was made clear shortly after meeting Gloria that we were going to move forward with Gloria as our realtor. Gloria is patient and attentive to the buyers needs. During our search, Gloria presented or arranged at least 20 showings, all with a smile and honest feedback throughout the process. Gloria was extremely helpful and did whatever it took to sell our house! It was priced right and sold quick and Gloria was there every step of the way to make this a smooth and easy sale.

A couple years back we were looking at a house that Pinnacle was marketing. We called a number. Can't rallly remember how we reached Gloria but we did and she came and took us through the house. She asked us if she could take a look at our house which she did that day. She took some pictures. Fast forward about a year and 1/2 later and we're then ready to list our home. We called Gloria beccause of the way she took care of us when we dealt with her the previous time, which never amounted to anything for her. Gloria was knowledgeable in every area. Each time we had a question about anything, she had an answer. She was always available and eager to help in any way she could. She was direct and firm but was kind and considerate. We felt she was always on our side. She also displayed professional confidence in her work and in herself but was never harsh with us. She said what had to be said in a gentle and professional manner. We had a lot of trust in her. My husband used to be a Realtor but he wasn't a good one. He was "too honest" to be exact. Many people have a guarded opinion of Realtors in that they are on the same level, ethically, as used car salesmen. We feel we lucked out with Gloria!!! She was none of what I mentioned. She has restored our faith in Realtors. She was a Godsend to us. My husband and I were very please with her as our Realtor. She was attentive to our problems and questions and always had time for us. We are very happy with her and have already recommended her to a few others. She was a blessing for sure! Gloria was in it with us 100%. We never felt we were on our own. She was with us and for us all the way to the end! It was like she was selling her own house. We so appreciated her as a Realtor.

Gloria is a highly dedicated professional and the best you can get if anyone is looking for commercial property or a new home. She went far above and beyond all expectations while going through all the property searches and then made the right connections where needed during the closing process. She is truly amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is new or seasoned into looking for properties for sale. She researched and had a magnitude of information on the ready while the search was on looking for, in this case, commercial property so when we toured all the many facilities, she knew exactly what to expect. The closing process was a nightmare but she followed through and again made connections to make it happen and honestly saved the sale. I met Gloria through both my daughter and son who purchased their homes through her so when it came time that I was tasked to look for a building for our company, I gave her a call to see if she also handled commercial properties as well as homes. Boy, she does she ever! She impressed me back when she handled both house sales and then even when we encountered difficulties on this commercial property but perseverance paid off and we now are the proud owners of a building that perfectly fits our company's requirements.

Gloria sold me my house in Sparta and did a wonderful job. It was a no brainer to use her again for my purchase with my significant other. She's knowledgable, thoughtful, careful, patient, and hard working. I love Gloria!
