Buyer reviewIn the middle of the real estate sales frenzy Harold Pendleton of Johnson City Century 21 was extremely attentive to our needs and provided many properties for us to chose from. From those we found our perfect property. We closed the property 17 days after signing due to Harold's careful attention to detail and his knowledge of real estate transactions. He was always one step ahead of required process to get the closing done quickly. He was easily reached if we had any questions. And we had several. WE highly recommend Harold to anyone looking to do any real estate transactions, We found him to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and dedicated. We would not have been able to do this without him.

I will be using them again! Mr Pendleton kept me on top of everything that was going on, as it happened. I knew I was in good hands. If I didn't understand something he was telling me, he explained it clearly. He walked me through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pendletons as a realtor. I am confident in the fact that they are honest and trustworthy. Working with them in selling my house was a delight!! My overall experience was GREAT!! THE Pendleton's are very knowledgeable in what they do. I was well taken care of!
