Many road blocks and problems came up and he patiently helped us to navigate them all. HP Pendleton has a positive, never say die attitude. He IS my guy. I would use no one else. HP Pendleton is a very warm and caring person who goes well above and beyond basic client service. HP Pendleton does an outstanding job of conducting local market research and then explaining what it means, allowing customers to see what their options are and what will fit their needs. Buying this property was not easy, with many obstacle and road blocks. HP Pendleton handled them all with his can do attitude and busines savvy. HP Pendleton is a top notch professional. I couldn't imagine how i could have had a better experience.
