Seller reviewHolly was outstanding. We needed to sell my Parent's properly in it's current condition quickly to satisfy creditors and growing bills from the nursing home. Holly knew exactly what should be emphasized to make this property stand out among the other properties listed at the time. She knew the sale would be in the fall. She still started taking pictures of the property and views of the surroundings in the summer to emphasize the strong points of the listing. Holly nailed the listing price and her strength in advertising led to more requests for showing than hours in the day. Holly did an incredible job of making herself available for showings at all times of the day! In one week she was able to stop showing, and we received a strong, over listing offer, that closed in less than 4 weeks during Covid!! I cannot say enough about her organizational skills, knowledge of the entire process, and the personal touch. All three were put to the test turning a messy stressful situation into a positive successful experience. I would recommend Holly to anyone that is buying or selling, or to anyone that may just have questions about the real estate market! I'm so happy I used Holly!
