Buyer reviewShe is absolutely lovely and always responded to my texts, emails and phone calls. Everything went smoothly - which was lovely as we were working on CT closing at the same time. Jayne (and Bill!) knew the area, knew where the train tracks were and were able to tell us what areas would be most accessible to areas that were important to us. This was very helpful as we are moving in from CT and had no knowledge of the area.

The house had been on the market too long through another realtor/real estate agency. Then, in 2015, she helped us with the purchase of a lake property. In late 2016, Jayne and Bill showed us numerous lake houses and we were able to compare those properties to what we could build on our property. This helped us decide to build and Jayne was with us every step of the way, from meeting with a couple of builders, right down to closing after it was completed. We absolutely recommend Jayne to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor that truly cares about their clients.
