Buyer reviewI liked that Bill and Jayne worked together. From my first phone call with Jayne to see what she was like, she was an absolute pleasure. We were buying our first house and literally had no idea what we were doing. We looked for over 6 months. The first house we tried to purchase did not go well at all. The second house we eventually got was not the easiest to come by. Jayne and Bill held our hands through the whole process. They took all my calls and texts, answered all my stupid questions. They were so caring and helpful. It make a difficult process easy. She is an amazing realtor. She is extremely detailed oriented and doesn't miss a thing. She made sure you understood everything that was going on and talked you through all the steps and future steps. She was so kind to me when I was feeling overwhelmed. I cannot say enough nice things about her. Her husband Bill showed the houses ans Jayne did all the paperwork. Bill was very nice and really cared about our best interest. I am rather sad that I won't be talking to Jayne and Bill on a regular basis. For the past 6 months I have talked to them almost daily. It has made purchasing a home a breeze. They both are a,ain't people to work with.
