Seller reviewBeing new to the area I called several different Realtors and local real estate Brokers to sell an investment property in Alma Mi. Most did not answer or even return my call. Jason Sumerix returned my call in less then 5 minutes! I met with Jason and several other local realtors and Brokers to determine who to use to sell this house. It amazed me that the competition Broker showed up, no presentation no paperwork, no input no help at all. They advised they would contact me to give a price and get me the info. That was the last I heard from them. When Jason showed up he was prepared, knew the market was able to get the home listed quickly, the ad looked great and we SOLD right away. We felt that he was the most upfront and honest person we spoke with and, as the process went on, our decision was validated. It was obvious from our first meeting that he knew what he was doing and would look out for us throughout the process of both selling and buying. As the months dragged on Jayson always kept a positive outlook and talked me out of my frustrations multiple times. He was prompt in his communication and a pleasure to speak with. Seller reviewI work on occasion with his wife. She bragged him up. :) Told me how great he is. How committed he is and he how he is the best in Gratiot County. No sugar coating . If it wasn't for his " brutal honesty" I am sure the house would not have sold on the first day for more than what I asked for originally. . Great eye contact. I like that. He told me exactly what I needed to do. Declutter, clean up, spruce up. Deep clean professionally. I did what he said and it worked out. He was really on the ball with everything. I am grateful to Jayson for working with me, being honest and patiently listening to me. I recommend Jayson to anyone in need of selling their house. I never once felt in the dark about what was going on. The experience was a miracle for which I am grateful. When the time came about, all the pieces just came together perfectly for me thanks to my family and friends who helped me with the house and grounds and Jayson who motivated me to get it done. Once the offer was made, he kept me updated and the sale went through smoothly. .
