Jeffrey possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning the local real estate market, as well as contracts and forms from over 10 years on the local association's Forms Committee. Buyer reviewThere isn't a single category on which I'd rate Jeff Ganz below excellent, but he was particularly patient with me. I'm stubborn, and he got me to look at homes that were in a better location for me than what I had my mind set on. Jeff places his clients over his own interests, and while that *should* be the norm, it isn't. (I should know; I work with a lot of agents.) That places Jeff's services well above what you can expect from other agents. He wanted to make sure that I got the home that I would be happy with. As I said, I'm stubborn. I "knew" I wanted to buy in Ashburn. Jeff focused on South Riding/Stone Ridge/Aldie homes. That's where I wound up buying, and there's very good reason for that. It's really the best place for me to live, and I didn't see it. Additionally, being something of a micromanager, I also found a property myself and made him come with me to look at it. That was a dumb move, but Jeff was patient and let me learn for myself how little I understood his process. From that point forward, Jeff took care of everything, and I bought a great home.

Jeff never came across as a salesman.
