Jeffrey has been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers together for 22 years. He takes his job seriously and is committed to providing excellent service every time. Jeffrey possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning the local real estate market, as well as contracts and forms from over 10 years on the local association's Forms Committee. On top of that, Jeff is an excellent negotiator and can be counted on to get you the best deal and terms possible. They are involved in the Montgomery County Foster Parent Association and have been licensed foster parents for over 12 years. Buyer reviewPurchasing a house, specially when you came from another country, is a big and scary step. Nevertheless, Jeff made it a smooth and stressless experience. Jeff was absolutely perfect: professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, trustworthy, always available, committed and really really there for us. Our journey, was his journey...as well as our joy was his joy! Thanks to his experience we would visit houses and he would look at the rooms, components, ceiling and tell us what was good and what was not. It is not all about selling a house, but about being at your side to help you to take informed decisions and buying THE HOUSE (the one that was meant to be yours). :) And we got our house, where we wanted to live...in the community we love. We won (and there were 12 offers!!)...thanks to Jeff. I could not have done this with anyone else but, Jeff. Thank you, Jeff! For being there for us and being at our side in this remarkable journey.

Seller reviewI used Jeff when I bought this house and again when I sold this house. Jeff is very professional, caring and supportive. He is always willing to take calls and answer any question, no matter how trivial. Jeff is always very positive and looks for the brighter side of things. He arranges all workmen and needed repairs and inspections. I am moving to Missouri and am sad that I will not be able to use Jeff again. I will, however, tell everyone I know. He is the BEST!!!!!!

Buyer reviewJeff is hands down AMAZING! I really don't think there is another realtor out here that will truly LISTEN and LEARN your needs and wants in a home. Whenever he felt that we weren't really satisfied he made sure to keep showing us homes to ensure that we weren't settling or feeling like we'd never find our forever home. He pays very close to attention to detail when looking in homes and makes sure to point out things that you may overlook yourself. I believe Jeff's goal is to make sure you are TRULY satisfied and happy at the final decision in purchasing a home. If you walk into a home and you don't get that "HOME" feeling he'll spot it right on and KNOW that you aren't completely satisfied. If you want a dependable, patient, knowledgeable, nice guy to work with who is EASILY reached at all times............Jeff's your guy. He's helped my family and I sell one home and purchase two.. Highly recommended.

Seller reviewWe've dealt with Jeff previously and also recommended him to family members who have used him twice as well. He is very patient, knowledgeable, KNOWS when you're not completely satisfied with a house and continues to search. Jeff points out things in a home that you normally wouldn't think of and also makes great suggestions on things that can be done with a home. He is by far the greatest agent and would only use him for all and future home searches. Definitely will continue to recommend Jeff. He will definitely go above and beyond. He is HIGHLY recommended without a doubt. You will never be disappointed.
