My husband and I started out our home buying process almost two years with another real estate agent from a different company. This other realtor was not providing the services we thought they should have been and we very frustrated. We happened to land upon Jess through a Facebook post she had made about a house that we were interested to hear more about. The house ended up being out of our price range but she contacted us every time the price had dropped. We were very impressed by this especially since we were not happy with our realtor at that time and decided to meet with her to see if she would be willing to work with us instead. We can not say enough great things about Jess. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond expectations. She made the home-buying process so smooth and easy. We were also never stressed about the common, occasional hiccups that come up in both the buying and selling processes - Jess always kept us informed, and we had confidence that she would handle them in our best interest. Her customer service is seriously top-notch - for example, we had some electrical issues with our house after closing on the day we moved in. We reached out to Jess and she immediately had an electrician come out to figure out the issue, and even came over while he was there to make sure everything went accordingly! If we move again someday, we will no doubt be using Jessica Miller as our realtor. We already have and will continue to recommend Jess to all our family and friends. She truly cares about each of her clients and goes above and beyond to satisfy their needs. I was on vacation during much of the buying process. Jess Miller went above and beyond our expectations in order to answer all of our questions while we were out of town. She answered questions at all hours of the day and even went to the property on my behalf to as the builder questions.
