We've known Jessica Miller for several years so we knew we would enjoy working with her as our realtor. Although we knew her previously in a different capacity, we were absolutely blown away by her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and patience as our agent as we searched for our new home and prepared our home for sale. She provided well researched and thorough responses to my questions within minutes of me texting them to her. She scheduled showings within hours of us expressing interest in homes so we wouldn't miss out on them in this demanding market. She was knowledgeable on aspects of homes not visible to the eye or known to the uneducated buyer, such as the builder of the home and why builders do things certain ways. Once we had found our new home Jess worked quickly to get ours listed and sold within hours of listing. Her organization and attention to details within the contracts while still thinking big picture to coordinate the closure of both our previous and new home with the sellers and buyers agent was amazing. Her attention to detail saved our closings the day before they were scheduled to occur. Jess took care of a last minute fire drill which we didn't even learn about until we showed up for closing, so we didn't have to stress about it. She always had our best interest in mind and advocated for us throughout the entire process. We strongly recommend working with Jess!

Jess was so helpful in the quick sale of our home. Our house actually sold before the actual list date. She is kind, patient and always available for our many questions by email, text or phone call. Jess made the experience of buying our first house very pleasant. She made sure to clearly outline the steps of the process as well as what we could expect for timing and costs. When looking at houses, Jess clearly had our best interests in mind, mentioning both positives and negatives of each house and how those would fit into our personal preferences.
