Buyer reviewPrior to working with Century 21 Realty I had worked with 4 other realtors and none of them were able to do for me or understand what I was looking for like Jessica did. Jessica did a wonderful job with understanding what I was looking for in terms of finding us the perfect piece of property. She took the time to answer any and all question we had and she got back to us with an answer in a very timely manner. She was very courteous and kind and she's also very knowledgeable. I will definitely be dealing with her with any future house or land purchases and I would certainly recommend her to anybody looking for amazing realtor. Jessica went above and beyond with her knowledge about all the finer details of the purchase and made sure that I understood everything in the contracts and gave suggestions as needed. It was a great help!

Seller reviewI had contacted a real estate investor who looked the property up and suggested that we would be better served with a real estate agency and recommended Century 21 and Jessica Hinerman in particular based on his first hand experience with her. It was the best advice I could have gotten! Jessica knew houses and the market, communicated the process clearly, did what she said she would do when she said she would do it, kept me informed of what was happening, and laid out the options at every turn. My experience from beginning to end was a positive one. I felt no pressure to list with Century 21 in our initial meeting but felt I had all of the information needed to move forward. In the end our little one bedroom ranch that we feared there would be minimal demand for brought three offers and closed in three weeks.
