We have been very pleased with her services both times- when we built our property in Spring Hill community as well as when we sold the home earlier this year. Karen understood the sense of urgency with our relocation to Dallas and worked with us to quickly get our home ready and put the house on sale in the market. She brought in her peers to srpead the word to their clients. She was very thorough in her paperwork and process steps and guided us on every step of the way. She ensured the buyer's bank account and funds transfer would happen without any issues given that the buyer was relocating from Brazil. Closing process was smooth all the way to the keys handover. All of this was only possible because of Karen's guidance and expertise.
