I had reached out to Joe when I became uncomfortable with the feedback I was getting from another local realtor. Joe contacted Karen and she contacted me the same day to talk about my needs and schedule some viewings. Throughout the process, Karen was professional, personable, available and engaged. It was clear she was working with several clients, but I never felt like her time with me was rushed or imposing on other sales she could be making. She made me feel like I was her only client, even though I felt like the process took longer than necessary (not in purchasing my home in Columbus, but in delays in the sale of my previous home). I would recommend Karen to anyone, and have already given her name to my son who may be looking at a home in the Columbus area in the future.
