And I was not disappointed with hiring her. What impressed me most was Karen's high standard of ethics and professionalism. She was quick to send prospective homes within our perimeters, responsive to our needs, happy to set up showings and worked hard to negotiate. She walked us through every step of the process, even if we didn't understand it. And Karen did it all cheerfully. She provided excellent communication and was always available to us. It is the largest purchase decision of our lives and I'm so glad we had Karen to be there throughout the process.
