She made all of it work with everyone's schedules. We stayed in constant communication and she was very helpful with answering all of my questions.

She is fantastic, responsive, helpful, witty, understanding and well experienced in real estate, particularly in the area we live in. I asked two people if they knew a good realtor and both of them referred me to Karen, so I quit asking and began working with her. For my future real estate needs she will be the first and only one I call. If anyone asks me if I know a good realtor I will do them a favor and give them Karen's name and anyone that is currently looking for an agent can do themselves a favor and call Karen Myers.

She was able to sell my home quickly so that I could complete a deal on my dream home that she also helped my purchase. She went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for me. She was very understanding of my needs and requests as to showings and appointments so that they didn't interfere with the schedule of my special needs child. She handled every detail with professionalism and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.
