Buyer reviewI have dealt with Karen for many years. She is knowledgeable and makes herself available whenever needed. She will get an answer to any questions if she doesn't already know the answer. Being so close to the state line in Missouri and Arkansas, Karen has an advantage that other realtor don't have. We have bought and sold property in both states and only need her as our realtor. Seller reviewKaren was wonderful at helping us through this process, and went beyond our expectations. With this being a second home, and not living in the area full time, she was very helpful with finding potential contractors and expediting some repair work. She was also patient in dealing with our technical challenges in performing functions electronically, like signatures. Communications is key and she kept us very informed during the entire process, and worked very hard on our behalf. We highly recommend Karen Kinsel for any real estate needs. She communicates often and well, gives wise advise, helps with unexpected situations, stages property in the best light, and understands and can relate to you with the challenges faced when selling a home.
