My wife and I were looking to purchase lakefront property on Beaver Lake in Arkansas. Karen Kinsel was recommended to us by a friend and we are extremely fortunate and happy we chose to contact Karen with Century 21 Woodland Real Estate in Eureka Springs, AR. My wife and I immediately hit it off with Karen, which made the entire property search process a wonderful pleasure. However, during the processing time before scheduled closing, an issue surfaced regarding a "difficult" co-owner of the community dock we would possibly be part of. As much as we loved the property, the issue had festered to the point my wife and I decided we would not close. Before we officially voided the contract, Karen, no doubt sensing our thoughts, came up with a solution to settle the issue. Due to Karen Kinsel's insight, attention to detail, frankness and personal sacrifice, my wife and I closed on the property of our dreams.
