Karen Schubert is such a knowledgeable real estate agent. she knew exactly how to guide us through every step of the sales process from prepping the house for listing to how to go about the repairs/steps necessary for the sale. Karen knows so many people in the field and was able to reach out to some of them for us when we needed work. If it wasn't for Karen I honestly don't think the sale would have gone so smoothly. Her compassion and understanding was above and beyond!! I definitely look forward to working with Karen again and will absolutely recommend her to family and friends.

Karen Schubert was excellent all around. Before listing the house Karen made a couple of suggestions to make the house more appealing. She suggested names of people to do the work which was done in a timely manner. We had concerns because we were going to be out of the country for two weeks after the house went on the market and we have an indoor cat who would be staying in the house with a pet sitter coming once a day. Karen had a plan for checking on the house...making sure it was locked up and that the litter box was clean. She also supplied "booties" because we had just put down new, light carpet. Fortunately, she did not have to worry about most of this because the house sold so quickly. It went on the market on a Friday with an open house on Sunday. We received an offer on Monday for slightly over the asking price and accepted the offer. Karen was also wonderful with the negotiations, i.e. negotiated a more acceptable closing date, dealt quickly and efficiently with issues that came up during the inspection. She also knew and had previously worked with the buyer's broker, attorney and lender which also made us feel more confident in her and the whole transaction. Karen kept us informed along the way. Perhaps most important, my husband and I felt comfortable with Karen right from the beginning. She exhibited true integrity as a person which carried through in her work as our realtor. We would highly recommend her to others.

Karen is such an amazing person! She was so knowledgeable and paid attention to every little detail we were looking for! She was beyond flexible and always worked with my fiancé and I schedule! She stayed on top of everything and was determined to get us into the right home!and made sure we weren't just settling! We found the perfect home because of Karen and we can't thank her enough! When we decided to list our house, there was never a question as to who we would call. Karen knows the market better than anyone and is truly the best at what she does. Everyone always talks about how stressful buying and selling is, but honestly it was not stressful buying or selling our old home or buying our new one.
