Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, my husband and I were both nervous and undereducated about the process. Katie did so much to not only help us better understand the home buying process, but also alleviated any fears we had along the way. Katie is a woman that knows her business really well and was able to advise us against common pitfalls of the proces. We always felt that Katie was in good communication with us and often sent us text message reminders about things we needed to do. In short: Katie is 100% the sort of person I want going to bat for me.

While we didn't pursue that property, we liked Katie immediately. She is so genuine and kind and she always had the answers to our questions or found them for us. She is completely honest. We never felt any pressure from her to buy a particular property and she understood what we were looking for and helped us find it. Katie was very flexible when we wanted to look at a new property. She worked around our schedules and was in constant communication. Katie is the type of person who you meet and feel fortunate to know. I can't recommend her enough.
