My daughter picked her - she read the comments and my daughter is just 19 - so she called several agents and the first one who called her back was Katie and she loved her so we used her. Katie was amazing - my daughter looked several properties and sometime she called Katie and sometimes Katie called her - but Katie was available and returned all calls within an hour. She even worked on Valentines Day. We could not have been happier with the outcome - Kate would call her and Katie would pick up and answer her questions, set up meetings, take her to look at properties and give us honest feedback. We are so delighted after looking at homes for months, being outbid (though probably a good thing) and having properties sold before we even could look at them - I am thrilled with our new home. The house is in amazing condition and the location is perfect. We could not be happier. I am 100% convinced we would not have been able to get this home if Katie was not our realtor. I am an Engineer and an Iowa State grad so I expect excellence - and Katie exceeded my expectations with how she treated my daughter (she is the one in Ames and will be living in the house) and how much work she put into finding us a home. The Ames market is a sellers market and we had very specific needs - Katie showed my daughter several homes - but the one we purchased was by far the best. I could not be more thrilled with the outcome and she set us up with a lender that gave us a great rate (I did rate check - I am an engineer after all) and we were able to do everything to purchase the home from out of state. Katie knew our time frame for purchasing was tight - so she would call my daughter as soon as a home came on the market and on multiple occasions we were the first showing. That's a realtor that is working for you. We were not 100% convinced we would buy - it is what we wanted - but we were not sure we would find a property that would meet out needs. Thankfully - my daughter found Katie and we found a beautiful home, in our price range, in the location we wanted. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

We didn't feel pressured by Katie Riedmeman at any time. We were presented with the options for us to decide. Katie profered candid suggestions when we ask for it. She was willing to fit house showings to our schedules and educated us on home buying. We have already started recommending her and will keep recommending Katie. She is an amazing realtor and was very respectful.

Katie was absolutely incredible to work with! She made my wife and I feel like a priority- contacting us quickly whenever a new house came on the market and working with our busy lives to schedule prompt viewings. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions (which we had a lot of!) We really appreciated her patience. My wife and I looked at dozens of properties over the course of several months. We had decided we wouldn't make an offer unless we found our "dream home" within our budget. Katie never rushed us and continuously encouraged us that we would find the perfect place.
