When I was considering purchasing a home in SoMD again, it was a never a thought NOT to use Ken Phipps. He's knowledgeable, efficient, kind, hilarious and just a top notch real estate agent to work with when making such a critical life decision. He's the Best in my book! Ken Phipps made sure we were always updated during every step of this home buying process and he handled all the details, so we wouldn't have to. All the little things add up to a lot for homebuyers as they tend to children, their F/T jobs...etc. while going through a new home purchase. It's wonderful to have an agent who takes the reigns and leaves as little to the purchasers as possible. Ken Phipps is a TOP notch real estate agent in every possible aspect.
