Kim Toogood patiently walked us through the sales and staging process and respected our preferences for timing. She listens and offers intelligent solutions, but she is not pushy. She was willing to set up as many appointments for viewings as we wanted and always made it work into our availability.

Kim was just fabulous in all areas from the very start of the process. She really helped me explore a variety of different types of houses in many different areas of town to get a feel for what I really wanted in my first house. There were certain properties she noticed little details around the house that I definitely didn't notice that she did that led us away from a couple places. Kim was also incredibly patient with me. We looked at a lot of properties. If I had a feeling that I didn't like a house for whatever reason she was absolutely fine with that. She cared I found the right place in the right neighborhood for me, no matter the time or effort involved. When we did find the right place, she was aggressive and got me a surprisingly good deal. A nice amount below what I was expecting! Even in this crazy market! Kim really made me feel like I was working with a close friend or even my sister. Just so friendly and able to simplify the whole process for me. Anytime I had any questions or concerns along the way, she was just a quick call away and always answered very promptly. And her patience was incredible. We spent months searching almost weekly for the right place until we found it. Never once did I feel any pressure at all or rushed at all. I can tell she took it personally to make sure I found the right home for me. Kim acts like so much more than just a realtor, she treats you like a close friend.

We contacted another realtor to show us the house but they were not available received a call soon after from Kim and she was very responsive to our needs and was very helpful. Kim is a people person very easy to talk to and listened to our needs. Never made us feel uncomfortable and made it a very smooth process and that's the way it should be. Great experience dealing with Kim and I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.
