I've been a full-time Realtor® with Century 21 Redwood Realty since 2003, and throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my clients' best interest is at the heart of everything I do. I truly love my job and have a deep passion for real estate, it's a privilege to guide people through such meaningful moments in their lives.
Over the years, I've been honored to be recognized as a consistent top agent with Century 21, earning awards such as the Double Centurion, Centurion, President's Producer, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer. These recognitions reflect the trust my clients place in me and the results we achieve together.
Before real estate, I worked for the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City, where I learned the gold standard of customer service. Later, I spent seven years teaching Spanish at Garfield High School, which instilled in me a lasting desire to share knowledge and help others make confident, informed decisions. Both experiences continue to shape how I work today, blending high-level service with patience, guidance, and thoughtful support every step of the way.
I grew up in Northern Virginia, graduating from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke. I studied at Calvin University in Michigan, completing two semesters abroad in Spain, before transferring to George Mason University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree in Spanish and a Master's in Education.
Since 1989, I've lived in Prince William County with my husband, Joe, where we've raised our family. Northern Virginia is home, and I'm proud to serve clients across the region-including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Loudoun, and Spotsylvania counties.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my two grown daughters, our cockapoo Guster, and our cat Cody. I also enjoy traveling, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and staying active through masters rowing.

Seller reviewOUTSTANDING -- 8 stars out of 5 possible!!! Kristin is personable, professional, follows-up, and follows through everytime! She went far beyond my expectations in assisting my in preparing my home to be sold, staging my home professionally, listing the home and showing the home. Here Comparative Mortgage Analyis (CMA) was "spot on" for the market and pricing! Additionally, she's been completely on top of all the paperwork and requirements through escrow and closing. I've sold many homes, and Kristin (and her team) are the BEST real-estate team I've ever used. I can't say enough, other than IF YOU DON'T HIRE KRISTIN, YOU'RE SELLING YOURSELF SHORT!!!

She helped us understand what we needed to do to get our house ready for market and provided a list of local trusted vendors who helped us make needed upgrades and repairs. Kristin really understood the market and put together a marketing campaign focused on an on-line presence. She brought in professionals to photograph and video our home and posted the sales information on all the major websites. This resulted in a truly exceptional online presence that, when launched, resulted in immediate interest and viewings. We had multiple offers within days. Kristin then did something I had never had another realtor do for us. She contacted the lending institutions for each offer and validated that the offers we had were truly quality offers. We met with her face-to-face and she laid out all of our offers. She expertly talked us through each item on each offer so we understood all the details. We selected the best offer for us and then Kristin actively managed the process all the way through a successful closing. Through the entire process, from our first meeting to closing, Kristin was always available to answer questions and provide sound advice. She is absolutely trustworthy and a very nice person. I highly recommend Kristin to anyone and will use her again in the future.
