He helped us have realistic expectations, but also was familiar with the market and was able to tell us when a home was over priced. Most importantly, Kyle was willing to recommend that we not buy a home that we were in love with. We would have put in an offer, but Kyle pointed out some subtle but serious problems that we wouldn't have noticed until the inspection, and was able to steer us towards better opportunities.
