He did all the legwork of getting the property under contract, inspected and closed. I was surprised at how smooth purchasing the property was. Kyle had everything under control and my mind at ease.

Seller reviewThe day after I was court appointed to be my father's guardian, his home was flooded by vandals. My attorney recommended Mr. Kelley, based on his previous experiences working with Mr. Kelley. Mr. Kelley returned my phone call immediately, that same day, even though he was out of state on vacation at a collegiate sports playoff event. I would definitely hire Mr. Kelley again, and have recommended him to others. He worked with me tirelessly to renovate and repair my father's home so that it could be rented or sold. Fortunately, we were given the Court's permission to sell the home. Mr. Kelley already had interested buyers in mind, and the home sold immediately, for more than I expected.

He even stayed to work/clean the house when we couldn't. I also felt he was trustworthy and was looking out for us. We also really appreciated Kyles energetic and positive personality. He made sure that we had multiple properties to choose from and that we considered all of our options to insure that we were purchasing the house of our dreams without going beyond our means. He was very thorough and his attention to detail was very helpful not only with the actual house but the follow-up with the load and title companies. He makes you feel like he is truly looking after your interests. I have seen him in action not only with us but other customers and he has the ability to see both the pros and cons as you strive to make some of the most important decisions in life.
