I think I have pretty much said it all - He responded quickly and efficiently and knowledgebly to all questions and situations that arose. He was able to ease any concerns I may have had about the property. Actually, I was conducting a search and saw the house for sale and was interested and saw he was listed as agent and had heard of him and seen his info in local newspaper and I texted him and he responded right away - I had also heard good things about Simpson & Assoc., and now I know why - most everyone I have met here from Harlan Co. have been so nice! They know how to treat people and hire folks who also know how to treat people. I do not believe they would tolerate anyone who was rude in their employment. Larry Moore was on top of it from the very beginning. I have never had such a fast response and follow-up to every question or situation. Otherwise, how could we have achieved such a quick closing - The owners were cooperative and it was obvious what can be achieved when you work with good people on all sides. As soon as Larry could get the responses from the sellers or the attorney or a plumber, then I got my response. Being able to know he has been successful selling houses in this area as well as knowing he was honest was vital. There is no doubt that Larry gives 100% effort. I know he had other clients he was working with but always made us feel like we were his priority. Larry was wonderful to deal with. Some last minute issues came up with the buyers and Larry was there helping us work though it. He made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. Larry was there to answer any questions we had and always responded quickly. That was much appreciated. This is the second time I have used Century 21 and it was a great experience. Although I hope to not be moving anytime soon myself I will highly recommend both Larry and the company to anyone looking to sell or buy.
