Unfortunately, the real-estate website(s) have the homes listed for sale, and it was already too late. Larry was instrumental in searching the inventory first hand rather than after the fact. His attention to detail took into consideration my needs, timeframe, and budget. He also understood the urgency of finding a location within my budget as the housing market excelled in prices rapidly.
