Seller reviewI have worked with Laurie to buy and sell two separate single family houses in Inverness. In my opinion, she is a shining star. Because of our knowledge of each other, we were able to work together on this latest sale to get the best price and be sure that it was a success for both the buyer and seller. Before the house was listed, we discussed all aspects of the sale. Laurie was in constant communication by email and texting before, during, and after the sale of my house. There was never a time where I had any unanswered questions. She anticipated all of my concerns and was available whenever needed. I especially appreciated being able to frankly discuss advantages of offers presented and the types of mortgage loans they included. She has a great knack of being able to succinctly explain the ins and outs of real estate to the novice. Laurie is the perfect realtor. She has a friendly and confident demeanor, and welcomes questions or issues that may need addressing. She is honest and forthright with expectations and the process of selling a home. Seller reviewMy husband and I were taken with her work ethic. Responding immediately when we needed some roof repair to sell .. I couldn't find a roofer who was willing to do job and told Laurie about my problem, within a day Laurie contacted a fellow who came out.. did repairs for a reasonable rate .. After agreeing to do an Open House with Laurie at our home. At last minute I changed my mind and didn't want open house .. Laurie was nonplussed and took my changing "plan" in stride, graciously assuring us it wasn't a problem. She really was, beginning to end, fantastic! I'm not really one who is writes reviews or opinion polls, but I think it's so important when a employee is such an asset. Laurie Callahan is that employee! Thank you for giving me the chance to let everyone know.. she rocks !!
