She has expert knowledge of the current market, negotiating, financing, presentation of the property, and most importantly she takes the time to understand her clients' goals and concerns. Lisa is always on top of every detail. Her communication skills and ability to communicate are excellent. I don't know how she does it, but she always responds in a timely manner and she always takes the time necessary to address whatever the matter is. I am a demanding personality when it comes to something as major as selling or buying a home. We had a major problem with the first buyer of my home and Lisa helped me through what could have been a disaster. Her guidance, expertise, and willingness to do whatever it takes to meet the goal at hand meant the difference between success and failure. Within 24 hours we cancelled an offer, put my home back on the active market, had showings and received multiple offers for more than asking price.
