Me and my family weren't sure if we wanted to buy a new home but if it wasn't for Mrs. Walker's recommendation to go look at new homes I don't think we would be in this home right now we probably would be having offer War trying to see if we can compete with any other buyers. One of the reasons why I would recommend mrs. Walker is because she is well-informed in the area and can tailor the homes to what we were looking for also can ask some of the tough questions such as are you sure you really need a pool if you live in a community that has a pool. Another reason I would recommend her she provides Us realistic expectations of things.

When it came to closing, I was on the road for 4 days driving 2850 miles to arrive in time for closing on the 26th of April. Lori helped me find a B of A bank where I could obtain the cashier check needed for closing and then I followed her to the title company to finish the process. I believe she went out of her way to help me make the right decisions to relocate to Ocala.

Those questions didn't really apply to me. I was referred to Lori Walker through Veterans United. Lori was great from day one! She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I'd definitely use her again and refer her to anyone looking for an agent. Lori was great and took care of business on all levels. The title company was kind of slow but Lori stayed on top of them as well. I really appreciate her service.

Lori was great. The house I bought was not on my radar, she had called me and asked me if I wanted to see it. Next thing I new I was making an offer. And it was a brand new build, which is something I did really want, in the area I wanted to be in. Lori really hit it out of the park.
