If your first time home buyer such as myself she WILL NOT let any lender or seller try and take advantage of your lack of knowledge in buying a home. The moment there's something unsettling or suspicious she will call them on it and say put it in writing or on a spread sheet so I can verify it. You can without a doubt put your faith in this womans hands and trust she will get everything taken care off as long as your willing to listen and cooperate with her. I'd buy a million more houses as long as I could do the deals with mrs.lori on my side.
