Personal Profile
I have worn many hats throughout my real estate career. Most recently, I have served as the assistant manager of the 96th Street office, where I helped agents learn real estate best practices and processes. Recently, I have decided to return to full-time real estate, which allows me more flexibility and time to spend with my family.I love people and am extremely detail oriented which enables me to ensure a smooth closing for my clients. I will take the stress out of the moving process by assisting my clients and anticipating their needs.Serving my local community is something I truly enjoy doing. Within CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I have served as President of the Scheetz Foundation aimed at assisting people who are facing immediate crisis. I also participate in multiple organizations. I am Vice President of Team Monon, and a member of the Carmel Police Citizens Association in addition to serving at my local church, Grace, and Habitat for Humanity. When not at work, I love to spend time with my two boys, Brock and Blair. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

Buyer reviewWe have bought and sold several houses over the past 5 decades, and Marcie was, by far the best realtor that we have used. Marcie not only handled the paperwork and it's explanation, but also gave great advice and recommendations for a quick and profitable sale. Best realtor ever! A+ service.

Buyer reviewMarcie definitely knows what she's doing! It was so nice to know that when Marcie said she was going to do something, she did it quickly and she did it well. We felt so comfortable with Marcie and would, without a doubt, recommend working with her to friends and family.

Buyer reviewOur family is so thankful for Marcie, she is our realtor and friend for life! I cannot express how much we appreciate all the time and thoughtfulness she attributed to put our best interests first. Marcie is 10 steps above the rest by how she truly cares for her clients and their needs.

Buyer reviewMarcie Knafel walked me through the very scary process of being a first time home owner. She helped me to find a broker who was able to walk me through the financial processes before hand and helped me understand the basic process. After that she took me to several different places to help me decide on what kind of place I wanted. Whether it be a house, condo, or townhouse. By seeing all of these different places I was able to better focus on what I wanted. Then we found what seemed to be the perfect place. Unfortunately the offer was not excepted but we felt like we had found the right location and neighborhood. Marcie continued to watch out for this specific neighborhood. She was very diligent on knowing when new places were coming on the market. Until she found the perfect place that was meant to be. Then came the truly scary part of putting an offer down that got accepted. Marcie helped me through the process of going through the inspection and communicating back and forth with the buyers. She had my best interest in mind to make sure my home was ready for me to move in. She was with me as I signed so many papers on closing day and helped explain each step to me. When it was all done we celebrated with some sparkling grape juice and she gave me an amazing house warming get with all the essentials I needed to start making this house my home. I am extremely grateful for her patience and dedication to help me find a place I would love to call my home!
