Knowing that Mark was born and raised in Neenah was a huge plus for us. He had accurate answers for every question we had during the entire process. Mark was always punctual and at times had some very insightful knowledge about various properties such as noise, quality of neighborhoods and potential future value of properties. Mark was always dressed appropriately and had excellent communication from start to closing. I would and have already recommended Mark to family, friends and coworkers. He made the whole process stress free and actually very enjoyable. We definitely feel Mark will be one the realtors in the area, if not already. It made us feel confident that he would point out some things about houses we were viewing, that didn't necessarily align with what we had initially told him we were looking for, or if we overlooked something.
