Seller reviewOur experience with Mark was more than I could have hoped or asked for. This was our first time selling a home, as well as buying a new one all at the same time. My husband and I have two small children and work very demanding jobs, so I was a very nervous about starting this process and uprooting our family and routine. However, Mark made it SO easy and convenient, both in the selling of our home and the searching/buying of a new one. He was so timely on his follow up and made sure to keep us informed of the process every step of the way. He was very flexible, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and personal. We truly felt as if we were a priority to him. Mark worked very hard for us in the buying and selling of our home, answering any questions, sharing professional experience, and he did it all in such a fun and professional manner. It could not have been any easier for us and I cannot thank Mark enough for his hard work and dedication to making this experience smooth, fun and exciting. Seller reviewMark listened to what our desirable house criteria was and found houses that fell in that criteria. He always made himself available for showings at any given time, especially some of them last minute, which is crucial in this market. He responded to any texts, email, or phone calls immediately. We built more than a broker/client relationship as, we now considered him a friend. He is very trustworthy and honest, my husband and I would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends. My husband can be a very hard person to get to know and it didn't take Mark long to achieve that but, that is how we knew we were also getting the best service. He took his time and wasn't pushy, as a lot of sales people can get, he truly cared about doing the best job possible. We had many laughs together and some come to Jesus moments! As I thought I really wanted this house with a pool! SO if Mark is reading this he should laugh!
