Matt is a very kind and caring person. Matt was very accommodating and kept us up-to-date with everything that transpired. We could call him at anytime when we had questions. He consulted with us and took care of any issues presented by the Buyer. Matt Donnelly is a perfect gentleman. We have already recommended him to a friend who is purchasing a house in New Jersey.

In addition, his background in contracting helps to give him a much more critical eye than other realtors. Matt can differentiate what is truly excellent workmanship from something that may be aesthetically nice, but poorly constructed. He listened to what I wanted and did not stop until I found the home that was right one for me.
