Buyer reviewMatt was my realtor for purchasing my first home. On top of being very friendly and easy to talk to, Matt is really great at adding insight when you are looking at houses. He has a lot of knowledge to share about the conditions of homes and what a homeowner can expect in terms of repairs or upgrades if needed. He also provides a lot of information in terms of what a homeowner can expect during negotiations and the buying process (short-sales vs. foreclosures, vs regular sales, etc.) Being a first time home buyer, I was really appreciative to have Matt to guide me through the purchase of my home. I would recommend him to anybody in the future.
