She instantly made us feel as if we had known her for years. Since we were purchasing from out of state, she set up virtual tours for us without any hesitation. Melissa was more than a relator to us, she became a friend. We could text her at all hours and she would always reply and provide us the information we requested or would go get the information to provide to us. She even got down into the crawl space of the house while on a facetime with us to show repairs made during our final walkthough. Usually you hear that buying a home is one of the more stressful times of your lives but this experience (thanks to Melissa) has been the LEAST stressful thing we have done and was actually a lot of fun! If anyone is looking for the best agent possible for their next home purchase, I strongly recommend Melissa Flint for the job!! :)
