My wife and I worked with her on our home purchase and move to Alaska, and we couldn't be happier. She talked with us in depth to find out what we were looking for, and she even set up a FaceTime tour so we could view potential properties as she was walking through them herself. Melissa went above and beyond - by being present for the home inspection, and by coordinating with the seller for the purchase of some of their furniture. She did another FaceTime walkthrough before we closed, and explained every part of the process, from title insurance to appraisals to Alaska law and recording. Most impressively, she was so communicative and positive, getting back to us immediately when we had questions. Simply put, she is a rockstar real estate agent!
