He kept in contact with us and the buyer knowing that we had to clean out my mom's house and with everyone's schedules it did take awhile and knowing just what to do with the things being taken out of the house. Mike was very helpful in selling the property. We actually had a buyer but just needed the help in finishing the transaction. I would highly recommend Mike to others I come in contact with when asked if I knew someone that could help them in buying/selling a house.
