Seller reviewWe had used Century 21 10 years ago when we purchased our unit, and when we decided to sell, it seemed a logical choice to go back We called the office asking for Linda (our original contact), however she was unavailable, but Mike responded. We found Mike to be very helpful. He was instrumental in getting our electrical panel updated, a termite treatment and during the recent hurricane we were in contact with him frequently. Because our permanent residence is in PA, we relied heavily on Mike's attention to our property. He also connected us with a young woman who cleaned our screened in porch after a very heavy rain. Mike was available to discuss concerns we had, and we believe, that because of his good advice, we were able to get an amount that we were comfortable with when selling our property. If we lived in Zephyrhills, and need to buy or sell another property, we would absolutely use Mike again! There is nothing pushy or overbearing about him. He is the best!

Seller reviewMichael J. Hines (Mike) has sold 2 properties for me. He had contracts on both in less than 2 weeks. He got above the appraised value on one and the appraised value on the other. One can not ask for more than that. Mike kept in constant contact with me and was at the closing on both deals. I do this relatively regularly and I have never met a better, more informed real estate agent. Ask for Mike by name. You will not be disappointed.
